We renovate the apartment with fresh paint, cleaning new appliances, and carpeting.

We do have on-site maintenance that are available for 24 hour on-call.

Contact the office or use our resident app to submit a request.

We provide 24-to-48-hour repair service unless it is an emergency and that is a 1-to-2-hour response time.

You do not have to be present to have the services completed in your apartment, we would enter make the repairs and securely lock your apartment when we leave.

If you are locked out of your apartment during office hours, you may come to the office to secure a key, if after hours you can call the on-call service, and someone will arrive to assist you with entering your apartment.

At present, additional decorating repairs will have to pre-approved by management.


The community currently has a gym, and playground for your family’s enjoyment.

Unfortunately, we do not have a pool at this time.

Yes, we are pet friendly and provide a dog park for your furry friend.

There is $300 non-refundable fee for one pet and $250 for the second pet. $30 per rental per month for first pet and $15 for the second.

Our pet limits and breed restrictions are pets up to 60 lbs. And no aggressive breeds.

The apartment comes with all updated appliances, range, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Unfortunately, we do not offer furnished apartments.

We offer 6-, 9- and 12-month leases.

There is no cost to take an in-person tour.

We accept appointments and walk-ins for tours.

The office is available Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

You can apply online or stop in and fill out an application at the office.

We can process your application with a 24-hour period.

At time of application, you will pay application fee and holding fee. At time of lease signing, you will pay the first month’s rent.

Make sure to secure renter's insurance, it's as little as $8 for $100,000 of coverage.

There are several ways to pay your rent, online, with WIPS at a local Walmart or in the office with an additional in office fee of $25.

Yes- amenity fee for the services, trash, pest control and lease lock security waiver fee.

Yes, $100,000 in liability, it can be obtained with as little as $8.00 per month.

All utilities are paid by the resident and not included in the rent.

You can call the electric company to have the services set. Water/sewer is billed through a utility billing company.

Currently comcast services the area.

Guests can stay a maximum of 14 days before considered occupants.

Unfortunately, there are no price reductions for paying in advance.

Subletting is against the policy.

In order to terminate the lease, you will need to give a 60 notice, pay rent through the 60 days and pay one month's rent for termination fee.


At present public transportation is not offered at this community.
